Safety Administrative Assistant – Part Time


  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety procedures
  • File and input accurate data into the appropriate information system
  • Schedule and coordinate safety training to employees and clients as per the company’s safety policy and program
  • Coordinate and schedule various safety activities such as emergency drills and safety meetings
  • Create and provide safety minutes to the appropriate parties
  • Assist managers, field staff, and clients with proper documentation as needed
  • Review all submitted documents and ensure consistency
  • Manage, track monthly, and distribute monthly safety statistics
  • Support managers and field staff with fleet required services
  • Assist with organizing COR Audits
  • Review and assist with yearly COR Audit Action Plans and provide support to achieve goals.


  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, directly experience in Health and Safety is an asset
  • Strong computer skill in Microsoft Office including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Detailed orientated with accurate data entry skills
  • Must be a self-starter that exhibits a level of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service
  • Must be able to work within a team environment as well as work without supervision
  • Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours
  • Must have valid driver’s license with clean drivers abstract
